Event Support
Help us create unforgettable events by assisting with various tasks before, during, and after performances.
- Setup And Breakdown: Assist with setting up equipment, seating, and decorations before events and breaking down afterward.
- Guest Services: Greet and assist attendees, manage ticketing and seating, and provide information about the event.
- Ushering: Guide guests to their seats, distribute programs, and ensure a smooth flow of foot traffic.
Marketing and Outreach
Spread the word about our events and help us reach a wider audience.
- Social Media Promotion:Â Share event details and updates on social media platforms.
- Flyer Distribution:Â Distribute flyers and posters in local communities and businesses.

Technical Assistance

- Livestream Setup:Â Assist with setting up cameras, microphones, and other equipment for livestreaming events.

- Post-Production:Â Help with editing and processing recorded content for online distribution.
Fundraising and Development
Help us secure the resources we need to continue bringing world-class performances to life.
- Grant Writing: Research and write grant proposals to secure funding from foundations and government agencies.
- Donor Outreach: Assist with identifying and reaching out to potential donors, and help manage donor relations.
- Event Planning for Fundraisers: Help plan and execute fundraising events, including silent auctions, galas, and benefit concerts.
- Corporate Sponsorship Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors.
